Thanks, Beth, for a great “virtual” makeover. For those of us outside large metropolitan areas, your virtual services are just the ticket! I was struggling with overwhelm in looking at the papers piled up on my desk each day and was certainly not in the best space to create or help my clients. Now, my desk is neat – and stays neat – thanks to your suggestions for handling all the little pieces of paper and sticky notes that were clogging my desk.

I can’t believe how much we were able to get down over the phone in just an hour! I especially loved the idea about organizing my CDs – I bought a large CD-holder (128) for all my business programs and business CDs and also bought a 10-CD holder where I’m putting new business and inspirational CDs that I want to listen to; that one goes back and forth to the car with me – great idea!

i would like to extend my deepest appreciation for everything you have done for me. I honestly don't know if you know how much you affect your clients. My life (as I tagged L.B.B. "Life Before Beth") has always been a busy one. Being a professional and a mom, my life has always been pretty chaotic and certainly with not enough hours in a day.

When I met you, I wasn't sure I understood the full scope of what is that you do. You were kind enough to come out to my office and it wasn't long thereafter that I realized that I NEEDED you! As you know, I kept everything; papers from years ago, items and guidelines that were outdated, articles of "interest" that were no longer interesting, etc.

In the time that we spent together, one of the most important things I learned is that it's okay to get rid of stuff that doesn't matter or no longer applies. You changed my perspective from "you never know when you might need it" to "keep only what's necessary." Your patience, experience and knowledge has helped organize not only my office but the time I spend in it as well. I would spend countless time throughout the day trying to remember what was where; only to realize it was outdated and was no longer applicable.

Hi, Beth!
Just a quick note to let you know that it was a real epiphany to learn that I could build subfolders off my Outlook Express Inbox. When I came home last Wednesday, I immediately created four folders: Awaiting Response, Pending Events, Read or Study, and Take Action.

That, coupled with the helpful hint of deleting older threaded messages, since the most recent ones still contain the history, has been a real blessing to my email-organizing efforts. My Inbox now contains only 4 emails, and I can easily visit the subfolders to "keep up" on obligations, statuses, etc.
