In Person Organizing Programs
Once you have had your free consultation with me and we decide this is my program that will best benefit you we will schedule a time to get together in person to do an evaluation of your needs and get some work done.
When I come to your place of business and help you to get organized, we set up systems within your office for dealing with all of the organizational frustrations and challenges you face on a regular basis. |

In person organizing is usually done with a 4-hour minimum commitment for each session. Anything less than that and you tend to just be getting on a roll, when it is time to quit. In my experience 4 or more hours per session is the perfect number. Not too much but not too little to make a difference. (Of course, there are exceptions. Some projects can be completed in fewer than 4 hours. We will figure that out during your consultation.)

The truth is, more often than not, if we spend a day together in your office working from morning until evening, we can get the entire office done in a day. I can’t even begin to tell you how often I hear clients say ‘This must be the worst mess you’ve ever seen and I know this will takes weeks or months to get done.’ That is occasionally true, but it is certainly not the norm. You determine the amount of time in between the sessions. They can be done boom, boom, boom days in a row and then they’re done very quickly. Or they can be spaced out further either weekly, every other week or monthly.
This allows you to control how much work you do on your own and how much we do together. You can space them out and do some work independently based on what we decide or I can be with you every step of the way. It is totally determined by you. Of course, it could be a mix of independent work and handholding as well depending upon your level of confidence in the different areas of your office. TOTALLY up to you!

- desk / work area
- set up file drawers
- purge file drawers
