    I hate it when I receive the phone call saying "Just a reminder, we will be getting together tomorrow at 10:00."

    She makes me do what I don't want to do. She makes me think about things I don't want to think about. She makes me see how unorganized I am and how much time it takes away.

    I can always find a million reasons not to meet with her. Not enough time. Not enough money.

    But each and every time she leaves, I am grateful she came and feel better for the time spent with her.

    I would like to extend my deepest appreciation for everything you have done for me. I honestly don't know if you know how much you affect your clients. My life (as I tagged L.B.B. "Life Before Beth") has always been a busy one. Being a professional and a mom, my life has always been pretty chaotic and certainly with not enough hours in a day.

    When I met you, I wasn't sure I understood the full scope of what is that you do. You were kind enough to come out to my office and it wasn't long thereafter that I realized that I NEEDED you! As you know, I kept everything; papers from years ago, items and guidelines that were outdated, articles of "interest" that were no longer interesting, etc.

    In the time that we spent together, one of the most important things I learned is that it's okay to get rid of stuff that doesn't matter or no longer applies. You changed my perspective from "you never know when you might need it" to "keep only what's necessary." Your patience, experience and knowledge has helped organize not only my office but the time I spend in it as well. I would spend countless time throughout the day trying to remember what was where; only to realize it was outdated and was no longer applicable.

    It's been 2 months since you "overhauled" me and I'm proud to say that it's still in order.

    Thank you for helping me organize my office, but especially for your help during tax time. I was completely overwhelmed by the thought of going through all my receipts, but you helped me create a spreadsheet I could take to my accountant. Without your assistance I would not have been ready. It was a very stressful time for me, and you helped me through it.
    Cancellation policy:
    Please note that I value your time. When I set an appointment with you I am blocking off that time just for you. I will never take another appointment and cancel yours. If you ever need to cancel an appointment with me I require that you give me the courtesy of 48 hours notice or I cannot issue a refund. That being said, I know life happens from time to time. Therefore, I do allow you one appointment cancellation on short notice (less than 48 hours). I will not issue a refund but will reschedule the time. Any cancellations on short notice beyond the first time will mean forfeiting the money paid for that time. Thank you for valuing my time just as I value yours.
